C1 - Air-Purifying Cartridge Respirator, Full-Facepiece

OptiFilter^® Respirator

   Has a full-facepiece and uses a single HEPA filter to provide protection in environments contaminated with dusts, fumes and mists.
   The respirator consists of an Ultravue Facepiece and a lightweight, replaceable filter. The filter may also be used with the Ultra Elite facepiece.
   The supplied filter's large rectangular surface area provides low-breathing resistance and high-loading capacity.
   The Ultravue facepiece, which is made of hycar rubber, has a large, tough polycarbonate lens which is located close to the wearer's face to provide excellent peripheral vision.  Peel-away acetate lens covers, which protect the facepiece lens from scratches and contamination, are available.

Advantage^® 1000 Respirator

   A lightweight, full-facepiece respirator for applications where a low-maintenance respirator is preferred.
   Available in three sizes and designed for economy and ease of use, the unit features replaceable filter cartridges with bayonet-style mounting system. An adapter to allow the use of threaded Comfo cartridges on the Advantage 1000 Respirator is available.
   Aside from cartridge changes, the only service required is routine washing and inspection.  The unit is particularly applicable for companies that do not operate a centralized respirator maintenance or repair program.
   The facepiece features a flexible urethane lens, which conforms better to facial contours.  An optional polycarbonate lens cover increases lens life and provides additional protection against beta radiation.

Ultra-Twin^® Respirator

   An air-purifying full-facepiece respirator that uses threaded Comfo cartridges, which are compatible with many other MSA twin-cartridge respirators.
   Offered in three sizes and designed for long life, the facepiece is available in a choice of silicone or hycar rubber to maximize comfort, minimize the possibility of skin irritation, and resist chemicals and facial oils.
   Five suspension headstraps and rollerbuckles hold the facepiece in place while minimizing hair entanglement.
   The facepiece has a wide polycarbonate lens that is coated to resist scratching and chemical attack.

Ultra Elite^® Facepiece with Twin-Cartridge Adapter

   A full-facepiece respirator that is available with a twin-cartridge adapter to convert the unit to an air-purifying respirator that uses threaded Comfo cartridges.
   The Ultra Elite facepiece is offered in a choice of materials—silicone or chemical-resistant SoftFeel® Hycar™ rubber—for a soft facepiece texture and a comfortable seal. It is offered in three sizes and in three colors: light gray, cool blue and black. The facepiece has a wide polycarbonate lens that is coated to resist scratching and chemical attack.
